  I tried calling this location for 2 days straight, was disconnected after 3 rings every single time. I then just booked the reservation through the website but still had unanswered questions so I decided to stop in the day before and was met with an old and mean raggedy man. I tried to ask the questions and every answer was a smart remark or blank stare with a rude undertone. I left due to the poor customer service and called the customer service line where they had to answer all the questions. I decided it was probably a bad place to rent from after that so I canceled the reservation, this is why I normally rent with Enterprise. What a joke of a location.

  I am done with Budget all because of my experience with this location. For any interested costumers, this business operates under the Budget name, which naturally gives you the impression that you are dealing with that company’s established policies and procedures. Apparently, not so much. This local office gets to make up their own rules. They limit where you can actually drive the vehicle. If you plan to drive one of their cars out of the state, beware. Don't rent from them assuming the same policies of the Budget name. What policies are different? You tell me after you read through the many pages of the rental agreement. An agreement that they were unable to produce when I asked them. Since they carry the Budget name, they should operate like every other branch, but apparently Budget is cool with local branches making up their own policies. Customer service? Let’s just say “service” is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that phrase. Read the other reviews on this place if you think I am exaggerating. Zero cares were given, along with a complete lack of empathy that my travel plans were disrupted because of their poor communication and misrepresentation. I know Budget doesn't care about my business, but I am done with them due to my experience with this branch. I will pay more to go elsewhere. This location needs to close. Besides, it looks like a dump. Cars are piled in the lot. A few were wrecked. There is no parking available for costumers to even get in or turn around. If you are in Grand Island and you need a car, I would recommend finding a different company, even if you have to pay more.

  Our rental car had one off brand tire on it. It needed a front end alignment as the inside front tires were almost showing the belts. Had to pull off the interstate to put air in all 4 tires as they only had 20 psi and the low pressure light had came on. The plastic molding below the front windows wasn't fully clipped into place. Was told I wouldn't be charged for toll saver if it wasn't used, I was charged even though it wasn't used. Returned the car 3 days early and charged 1 1/2 times more than the original rental price.

  Too many hoops and hurdles if paying by debit card, didn't see it stated clearly on website, but sends you a list upon reservation. Requires extra hold fees at pickup that you'll be refunded at a later point of time, return flight information(okay if your flying), credit check, two forms of ID, utility bill etc etc etc . Website says free cancellations, but charges a $50 cancellation processing fee. Just an fyi.
