  Our rental car had one off brand tire on it. It needed a front end alignment as the inside front tires were almost showing the belts. Had to pull off the interstate to put air in all 4 tires as they only had 20 psi and the low pressure light had came on. The plastic molding below the front windows wasn't fully clipped into place. Was told I wouldn't be charged for toll saver if it wasn't used, I was charged even though it wasn't used. Returned the car 3 days early and charged 1 1/2 times more than the original rental price.

  Too many hoops and hurdles if paying by debit card, didn't see it stated clearly on website, but sends you a list upon reservation. Requires extra hold fees at pickup that you'll be refunded at a later point of time, return flight information(okay if your flying), credit check, two forms of ID, utility bill etc etc etc . Website says free cancellations, but charges a $50 cancellation processing fee. Just an fyi.

  This place deserves no stars or business. Jim is extremely rude and in no way accommodating. I had my reservation for 2 weeks and when I go to pick it up, he didn’t have anything available and only gave me a number to call. Didn’t bother to make things right, only got ruder. DO NOT GO HERE!!

  No stars for Jim. My elderly parents traveled after we prepaid for a rental car on our joint account. They showed up with a card that has different numbers than was used to pre-pay and instead of finding an appropriate solution Such as using a different card for a security deposit, or calling main customer service to ask for a swap and refund, jim suggested to them that they cancel their current reservation. We did that which the reservation then said there will be no refund and then Jim made them pay again for another car. I believe this location tried to steal money from my parents by making them double pay. I highly suggest everybody avoid it if possible, and believe the owners should hold jim accountable for his poor performance and intentional abuse of the pocketbook of elderly people. This will be the last time we use budget, and we’ve used them multiple times in the last 12 months on our international travel, leave it up to Nebraska and jim to break a good trend. I even called a local buddy to go up there and help my 83 year old parents.
