    STAY AWAY FROM TOMMY’S CAR WASH! Monday, April 27th I took my new truck I’ve had for 2 weeks through Tommy’s car wash, paid for the works, After going through it snapped my antenna clean off, and also left deep scratches past the primer on the top of my truck. I filed a claim at the car wash, and even brought back an estimate for the damages. Not even a single call back about the incident from the managers / owner. I have shown up in person multiple times and also called, and even sent emails. The managers on site say the owner is the only one that does the claims, so there is no set time I can come and talk to him about this situation face to face as he shows up when he wants. Please stay away from Tommy’s as they handle their customers very shady and poor like, can’t take accountability, and can’t even make a phone call to have a conversation. And I have been nothing but kind and respectful through this whole process. When I went and got an estimate, the body shop said this was the 3rd incident in a week that Tommy’s has done damage’s to vehicles. Any damages done to your vehicle what so ever, good luck, you will be left in the dust, and also left with a terrible wash job, for 22$ there shouldn’t be dirt all over still. My advice, wash your vehicles yourself, if you’re not an able body, I recommend touch-less.

    Pretty equally priced with most car washes that offer the same services. I think what makes Tommy's stand out is the multitude of free vacuum cleaners available after your wash. Most places you have to pay. Honestly, that's why I keep going back every time!

    Great customer service, girl sent me through again for leftover dirt without me saying a thing. Even after two mid level washes, there was plenty of dirt in the wells, and running boards.
