  My husband and I can’t say enough great things about the entire team at Diers, especially Robbie and Jennie in sales. They continually went above and beyond to ensure we had a great car buying experience. After several negative service experiences at a luxury dealership, we took our time researching our next vehicle purchase. From the moment we walked into Diers we knew that’s where we wanted to buy our next SUV. Everyone was warm, friendly and low pressure. Our initial salesperson left and when Jennie started she reached out to introduce herself and kept in touch periodically. Once we were more serious about buying we decided on a Lincoln Aviator. The vehicle was unable to leave the lot due to a minor recall, but Robbie made sure we had a loaner vehicle to drive until the car was ready. We never had that kind of service before, and that was a testament to the quality of service that the team provides. The recall was fixed earlier than expected and Jennie went out of her way to ensure our Aviator was in pristine condition. I’m most excited to see use the pick up and drop off service for oil changes and needed repairs in the future. Thanks to Brandon, Graham, Farhod, Jennie, Robbie and the entire team at Diers!

  Diers Ford in Fremont is a great place to get a great deal with exceptional customer service! Jennie and Fred did an outstanding job of working with us to make the purchase possible. Jennie continues to give great customer service months after the sale. I highly recommend Jennie and Diers Ford of Fremont!

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience this weekend! We came in looking at a used vehicle and Michael was very helpful. We weren't necessarily in the best position with our current vehicle, but they worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted for a payment we could afford! Michael is new, but was awesome to work with.! We couldn't be happier with the decision to stop at Diers. Highly recommend! I have bout many cars in my day, but it was one of the least stressful experiences I have ever had.

  We had an awesome experience with Freddy Corona at Diers Ford! He was so kind and helpful and worked with us on our trade in and our budget. He went above and beyond on making sure we were happy, we were there for a while and they even fed us. We would highly recommend working with Diers and ask for Freddy Corona!
