  Lazy workers can’t pick up a damn phone to make a call to insurance . Everytime I call to check or update on my car they had nasty attitude, I’ve taken my f-150 raptor truck there twice and they always they don’t find an issue and insurance wouldn’t approve it.I took my truck to Omaha and they found issues and clearly heard the noise and right away they started calling & insurance guy had to fly out and personally see what was the problem with insurance because they’ve never had any issues with it. Big thank you to Omaha BAXTER FORD and their staff for actually doing their jobs

  Diers Ford has been such an amazing and hospitable place to get my car repaired after my accident. The body shop staff have been nothing but excellent with how they have treated me and my vehicle! they were incredibly kind and ensured that my needs were met and that my vehicle was ready in a timely manner. The job they did on my car is beyond pristine and could never have asked for better service. Thank you and shoutout to Jayana and Jakson for their patience and diligence in getting my car estimated, repaired and back to me.

  Shaun Hancock our salesman was great. We did everything through email before stepping into the dealership. He got the lease to where I wanted it and was very transparent with everything. When picking up the vehicle, he came in on his day off, had all the paperwork ready while we test drove it. Before leaving he sat in the vehicle and went over all the features and helped set everything up. Fast, friendly and not pushy at all. First time getting a Ford and doing business with this dealership. Pleased with the experience.

She was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, and I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. What stood out most was how genuine she was—she took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.   I just purchased a Bronco from Robbie Laymen at Diers Ford in Fremont. It was a top rate experience from the beginning to the end. I knew exactly what my price would be and that they weren’t messing around with me. They didn’t try to push extra stuff on me that I didn’t want. I think it’s one of the first times I’ve left a dealership all the way from picking out the car financing department, etc. where I wasn’t half irritated because of how long it took. Speaking of finance, Farhod in the finance department was polite, professional and super nice as well. This was a smooth experience from start to finish. Thank you so much Robbie and Farhod! I’ll definitely be back when time comes to get a new car!
