  Exceptional. I just purchased a 2023 F150 Lightning from Jennie, Frank, and Farhod. Living 500 miles from the dealership added a complexity. However - the 3 of them made it super simple, did everything over the phone and email. I arranged a flight and expected to take an uber to the store. Jennie called to let me know that they will have someone there to pick me up as well. When I got to the store the truck was right out front, temp tags on it, and fully charged. Jenny got the Ford app all setup. She didn't need to get anything else from me, she already had it all. I met with Farhod for about 15 minutes. It could have been 5 but we got into a conversation. I could have been in and out in less than 20 minutes but I had some great conversations that made it closer to an hour. Oh - I am a 36 yr veteran in the auto industry having had over 14,000 dealers as my customers. Diers is seriously an amazing operation. The people are amazing, and Ford is an incredible product.

  We looked for a used vehicle for 4 months, finally found one that checked every box on paper but we needed to drive it to be sure. We called the dealership, asked for a sales consultant and we were transferred to Robbie Layman... We hit the jackpot and didn't even know it yet! Robbie wasn't pushy, didn't talk on and on about the great milage, the new tires, how good he was at his job... He let us take the car for a test drive on our own! When we decided to buy, it was even easier (if that's believable), there was no pushy sales tactics, no back room where they try to up sale you, it was calm, fast and after the gas tank was filled, we were on our way with our new car!!! Can't tell enough people how great Robbie was and we will definitely make the drive from Lincoln to Dier Ford for our next vehicle! Thank you for everything!

  Started our search at another dealership with horrible success. Came to Diers for a routine oil change and looked at their inventory for a newer F150. Mike did a wonderful job answering questions and comparing different options Every thing started to make sense and the pickup we selected had all the bells and whistles we wanted plus the color we had hoped for Pricing and financing was simple and flawless We came expecting a confrontation and a battle but walked away happy and satisfied.   I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Diers Ford in Fremont, Nebraska! From start to finish, the entire process of buying my Toyota Tundra was smooth, easy, and honestly better than I could have hoped for. Troy, the sales manager, was great to work with right from the beginning. He answered all my questions, helped get the ball rolling, and even offered free delivery to make things easier for me. Shaun then took over and was fantastic with communication every step of the way. He was always quick to respond and went above and beyond by sharing pictures, details, and information I hadn’t even thought to ask about. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. Alan finished things off by making the modifications I wanted and getting the truck looking exactly how I envisioned it. Troy, Shaun, and Alan were all outstanding, and the entire staff made this a great experience. It’s refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about getting things right and making sure their customers are happy. I would absolutely recommend Diers Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. These guys earned my business and made the whole experience something I’d gladly do again!

  I started my car search having no idea what I really wanted so we went to multiple dealers and drove multiple cars. I ended up back at Diers a week later to buy an Explorer. Mike and Freddy were both so helpful with answering any questions we had, explaining the features of the car, and following up while we decided which car to buy. They were helpful but not pushy. They allowed us time to do more research while we decided what was the best car for us. It was a really easy buying experience and I recommend both Mike and Freddy for anyone searching for a new car.
