  If your paint & clear coat matters at all to you, I can’t recommend Rocket Carwash any LESS. This Carwash was particularly rough on my vehicle & left me with a broken back wiper hinge cap (bad, but not unheard of), & DEEP scratches/nicks to my hood & backside of the vehicle. These scratches & nicks expose the metal underneath every coat of paint layered to PROTECT my exterior. My clear coat has been completely damaged, on every part of my car, & the black color shows every imperfection. This was not one or two isolated spots, my entire clear coat is nearly gone on the roof, sides, & hood. There are at least 10 spots with noticeable damage both me & the manager, Brandon, noted & recorded. I did appreciate how thoroughly & calmly Brandon navigated the problem & validated my areas of concern, his total accountability was incredibly refreshing. He was able to file a claim & cancel my membership today & I still made it to work on time. I am anticipating to hear back from whatever claims department this is routed to, in the 7 to 12 day timeframe. Hopefully, I can update this with a positive ending to see how Rocket Carwash handles & cares for their long time customers. Feel free to contact me! The extent of damage to my vehicle is inexcusable for a company as large as yours. I’m not the first person to leave with a damaged paint job & I won’t be the last! BEWARE!

  This location is the nicest I’ve been to! The staff is super friendly and they always have great deals.

  This is our go to Rocket Car Wash. The wash is great, the staff is friendly and the vacuums and cleaning supplies are always good.

  Great having a clean truck! Afterwards you can clean the inside with vacuums and various cleaning products. Be sure to clean your mats in the members area!

  Have been using Rocket for several years. Have used other ones prior and love Rocket best. Just added a second car on the family membership. Love having the towels and sprays as part of the membership.
