  I’ve been a customer of Havers for years and have always had positive experiences at the Gretna location, so I was very disappointed with my experience at the Elkhorn location. I called about a month in advance to schedule an oil change and specifically requested that my vehicle be picked up for the appointment. I was told to call a couple of days beforehand as a reminder, which I did. On the day of my appointment, I noticed that by noon no one had picked up my vehicle, so I called to find out what was going on. The employee I spoke with was very rude and told me they didn’t know where my vehicle was located. If that information was needed, the call I made a few days earlier would have been the perfect time to ask me so everything could be arranged ahead of time. When I asked why no one had contacted me that morning to clarify the location, I was told they were “waiting for me to call.” That made no sense considering I had already called days beforehand exactly as I had been instructed to do. If there was still missing information or confusion after that call, I would expect the dealership to reach out to me rather than simply let the appointment time pass. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of empathy or effort to resolve the situation. Instead, the employee repeatedly asked whether we should just cancel my appointment. After being a longtime Havers customer and never having an experience like this at the Gretna location, this was extremely disappointing and not the level of customer service I expected.

  Had a truck towed the night before, I provided background on why we were hoping for a fix in a couple of days. Havers looked at it in the morning, determined the fix and had our truck back to us early afternoon. Great service and commication!

  Always a great group of people to work with. Honest, stand behind their work, and always willing to help. Highly recommend this place 10/10. I drive from fremont for these guys!!

  Havers in Elkhorn is THE BEST!! They go above and beyond others: finding warranties, honoring parts that failed due to the manufacturer, timely, perform “physicals” on cars making sure our kiddos are safe when they are headed off to college, and work you in when it’s urgent (ie: No AC and it’s a 100 degrees). They have become so popular that it’s about 2 weeks to get in ( I’m going to stop raving to people about them😎) We have been taking our cars there for years and will continue to do so—-I will continue to rave about them as well!!! Thank you so much for your expertise and kindness and especially fixing the AC today!!

  I have had great experiences with the team at Haver's in Gretna. I had my breaks replaced couple weeks ago and had a squeak about a week later. They got me in the next day to resolve the problem, gave me a loaner and I had my truck back the same day. It is nice to use a small shop that cares about their customers.
