I made a one-way reservation from Columbus, NE to Kansas City, with pickup at 8:00 AM and return at 4:00 PM the same day. When I arrived at 8:00 AM, I was told that no vehicles were available due to limited availability. However, I could clearly see several vehicles parked on the lot. The explanation was that some of those vehicles were reserved by customers who had booked a month in advance, which is understandable. However, it seemed like my reservation was not being honored because it was a one-way rental. As a loyal Enterprise customer for the past four years and a Gold member. This experience was frustrating and left me disappointed with the level of customer service I received.
