    Would be 4 possible 5 not sure what can be done but its very disrespectful of drivers to play music that can be heard all over the store from their shower.

    Was very surprised that it was this big and the showers being upstairs. Didn't know they had this many. When I booked my app said 20 ppl in front of me, walked the dog and 10 mins later it said 7 then 2 lol. I had to rush and pack my shower bag. Showers are clean. Definitely would stop again to do my 10

    Night Shift employee is having a bad conversation with a customer on the subway some person is working in there. It’s so bad talking with customers. Please check on this people‘s hire. Good people to on your business thank you.

    I am filing a complaint regarding a safety incident that occurred at Flying J in Big Spring, NE. When I entered the shower assigned to me, the floor was already wet and extremely slippery. There were no warning signs or barriers indicating a slip hazard. Within moments of entering, I slipped and fell, suffering injuries to my lower back, wrist, and ankle. This incident could have been prevented with proper inspection, cleaning procedures, and adequate warning signage. Truck drivers and travelers expect basic safety standards when using facilities provided by Flying J, and in this case those standards were not met. The injuries caused pain, discomfort, and concern about my ability to work safely. I believe management should review surveillance footage, investigate the condition of the shower before it was assigned, and take corrective action to prevent similar accidents from happening to other customers. I would appreciate being contacted regarding this incident and the steps being taken to address this serious safety issue.

    Do not stop here and pay at the pump. They put a hold on your card for $226. I am not sure whose brilliant idea is but I won’t go there again. Hotels don’t even put that large of a hold on. Go to Mavericks across the street. Same price and no hold on your money.
