  Nasty!!! 9:37 a.m down stairs bathrooms being cleaned. 2 stalls upstairs for my wife overflowing with waste. Trash in every can in parking lot. No work being done outside. Send these people home and close the doors. Truckers deserve better than lazy workers. If I wouldn't have already started fueling I wouldn't have gave this location a dime. A place like this you see up East or out in Cali not Nebraska for Pete's Sake. SMH.

  Most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever seen, looks like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Every garbage can I seen everywhere was overflowing. Most of the diesel pumps out of order. Driveway/parking lot in major need of repair. Shame on Flying J with this facility

  I Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended I would not recommend stopping at this Flying J. My shower was assigned through the app around 3:00 AM on October 12, but when I went to use it, the towels were already used and lying on the floor. When I asked the cleaning staff member to clean the shower, he said he didn’t have time for me. When I asked again about the towels, he used abusive and disrespectful language. His behaviour was completely unacceptable, and I felt he was treating me in a racist manner. He also tried to hit me. The employee’s name is Jeff. This kind of behaviour toward customers is unacceptable. Flying J management needs to take this complaint seriously and investigate the incident. Truck drivers deserve clean shower facilities and respectful treatment.

  Very disappointing experience at this Flying J truck stop. The shower waiting time is extremely long, and the restrooms are in very poor condition. The cleanliness and overall maintenance need serious improvement. Customers deserve clean restrooms and better service. Definitely not a good experience.👎🏻

  I asked for an extra towel for my long hair. The guy act like I was the biggest jerk, inconveniencing him, he actually grounded and slapped the roll of towels. He did not remove his gloves when I asked him if his hands were clean he acted like I was stupid, though he’s in the middle of cleaning a bathroom, and stated “yeah, why wouldn’t they be!” he made sure to reassure me that he doesn’t touch anything. Then I get into my shower only need to find there’s absolutely no toilet paper. I don’t appreciate the rude staff, and since I am a girl and would like to be able to wipe my vagina when I’m done using the toilet, I don’t appreciate not having paper products
