  I had an outstanding experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash, and I wanted to recognize Marcus for the exceptional customer service he provided. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a positive attitude, was incredibly friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. Marcus took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who is genuinely invested in helping customers, but that’s exactly the impression he gave. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out. You can tell Marcus takes pride in his work. He made the entire visit smooth, easy, and enjoyable, and his positive attitude made a lasting impression. Employees like him are a huge reason customers keep coming back. It’s refreshing to receive service from someone who truly cares about doing their job well and treating people with respect. The car wash itself was excellent, but Marcus’s customer service is what made this visit memorable. Tommy’s Express is fortunate to have someone like him representing the business. I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized because he absolutely deserves it. Thank you again, Marcus, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.   Great wash wont argue that. But the prices of the washes are just a tad but ridiculous. Did miss areas on the back of my yukon and civic. Thats almost how it always happens though wherever you go. But I did expect for the price for it to be on point.

  Recently, the employees started putting plastic bags over the rear wiper arms. The Bag does nothing for the Arm except keep the Dirt unde the bag There. Today I stopped my car & demanded the employee to remove it. The Next Response from the Pregnant Blond should have been Yes, Sir. NOT AN ARGUMENT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAR WASH! Not sure what happen to Customer Service in this generation, but it is now starting to show signs why we have higher than normal people provoking violence from a situation that could have easily been prevented & than maybe given a better review than a 1 Star Rating.

  Just went to Tommy’s in Bellevue and I have to say their staff is so friendly and helpful. I also really appreciate the damp towel stations you have added. Now the inside of my car is as clean as the outside. Thanks for always making improvements to my wash experience!

  Great experience at Tommy’s Express in Bellevue. Car is looking fresh and clean after a long road trip and the employee was very helpful and friendly. Offered a promo of 50% off washes the next few months. Would recommend to anyone needing a car wash
