  The wash was ok. Yes my back hatch on my SUV still had dirt. The vacuum cleaners worked so poorly, my wife had me move from one spot to the next, until she found out that all were bad. My main annoyance was i went in with a coupon for a free car wash or 2 months at $9.99/ month from Woodhouse Nissan. They charged me $9.99 that day about 3 1/2 weeks later they charged me full price. The location says corporate does the billing, corporate says go to your local franchise. So i just canceled, life is too short to deal with the run around.

  They'll charge you incorrectly for a deal and then just start billing you earlier and earlier. When you bring this up to the main contact center they direct you to the local franchisee. You submit two inquiries and then write them two emails and you get crickets. Be careful that you're being charged correctly and on the correct dates or else they'll just get extra payments out of you and not try to rectify the situation.

  I had an outstanding experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash, and I wanted to recognize Marcus for the exceptional customer service he provided. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a positive attitude, was incredibly friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. Marcus took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who is genuinely invested in helping customers, but that’s exactly the impression he gave. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out. You can tell Marcus takes pride in his work. He made the entire visit smooth, easy, and enjoyable, and his positive attitude made a lasting impression. Employees like him are a huge reason customers keep coming back. It’s refreshing to receive service from someone who truly cares about doing their job well and treating people with respect. The car wash itself was excellent, but Marcus’s customer service is what made this visit memorable. Tommy’s Express is fortunate to have someone like him representing the business.
