  I previously had a poor experience at a brakes plus in Omaha a few years back but decided to take chance at a different location and I was not disappointed! Customer service was great, quality of work was great and they got my vehicle in and the work done same day. I will be coming back here for future needs. Thank you!

  Under no circumstances would I recommend that anyone take their car to Brakes Plus in Bellevue for repairs. I went there to have a wheel alignment done on my vehicle, and as I was leaving, one of the technicians warned me that if the alignment wasn't quite right, I would need to come back the next day. So, that is exactly what I did. The team kept me waiting for two hours; they didn't even touch my car, and at the end of those two hours, they finally informed me that a specific bolt needed to be replaced—claiming this was the reason they hadn't been able to get the alignment perfectly right. However—and I say this as a mechanic myself, someone who really knows their stuff when it comes to cars—the bolt they showed me has absolutely nothing to do with wheel alignment. An hour later, I went to another garage, where they performed the alignment without ever mentioning the bolt that the previous shop had brought up. This simply demonstrates that you are dealing with people who don't even know what they are doing—and that is precisely how they take advantage of customers who have no mechanical knowledge. It’s a real shame! On top of that, they had the audacity to show me a photo—claiming it was my car—trying to make me believe it was an image of my vehicle's undercarriage. Yet, later on, when I confronted them about it, the guy admitted that, no, it wasn't actually my car; it was just a photo of a similar vehicle, supposedly shown to give me an idea of ​​what was going on underneath my own car—but he hadn't bothered to clarify that before hand. It’s truly disappointed.

  Shawn got me set up with my oil change right away and informed me clearly about the issues with my car. Thanks to Belle for doing my oil change, thanks to her my car is ready to go for my upcoming road trip!

  Start off by saying I’ve been in this shop multiple times and I love every single person in the shop they all work hard and get the cars done fast including mine I’ve seen them staying past after hours to get cars done true dedication.

  I’ve had my wife’s car to three different shops for a strange noise. Not a single one of shop could find the noise. One of my co-workers said to try brakes plus in Bellevue. I was reluctant to try them due to a prior bad experience. My coworker (Jamie) assured me the brakes plus bellevue is my best bet to find my noise. I walked in with no appointment and I was greeted by Ian he treated me as though I had been a regular long time customer and got me right in. Ian himself inspected my car and found my noise within minutes. I couldn’t believe how quick the noise was found. I questioned if that was really it. He gave me no attitude when questioned no pushback just said “hey man I fully understand come with me I’ll show you”. Sure enough that was the noise that was driving my wife and I crazy. William got me a price and off to the races we went. Ian did the work himself and it took less then 20 minutes. This new management and staff has fully earned our business. The word of mouth will be strong from me. Ian and William were absolutely amazing. Thank you.
