  Enterprise please stop buying the jeep wagoneers they are a horrible cars that don't hold up. Second time we have gotten a wagoneer from enterprise that has major mechanical issues and caused us issues on our trip. Stop buying trash cars and putting your customers in them..... Purchasing Dept there is a reason they are such a good deal to pick up .......

  I wish there was a 0 star option. I needed a rental to go and pick up my personal car on which repairs had been completed. About 10 days before I needed a car I contacted my insurance and they sent the request to Enterprise. I set up my rental by following the instructions on the phone menu. The agent said the local rep would contact me to finalize which car I would get. Antonio called me once, when I returned the phone call followed the menu instructions which took me to a national agent who confirmed the drop off time and reservation. Yesterday i called in favors and went to a lot of effort to meet them for delivery. When no one showed up I used a different option on the menu to actually get to the locals this time. First they don’t do the drop off service that Enterprise advertised and I was promised. Second even though they acknowledge that I have a reservation because I didn’t confirm it locally they moved my reservation to next week without ever contacting me and rented out the car I had reserved. Apparently Antonio and his partner are not required to follow anything that the national company agrees to and they have no idea of customer service or what a reservation means. Thankfully Hertz was able to quickly and easily help me out. Unfortunately due to the short notice it will be another week before I can go and get my car because that is the soonest they will have a car available. 5 stars to Hertz! I have rented cars from Enterprise many times and never ever spoke with locals. It was a great experience every time. I do not recommend the Williston airport Enterprise unless you want to risk not having a reservation when you need one.

  I’ve always rented with enterprise in Denver & LA and never had any issues, but here in Williston, what a joke, I reserved a car ahead of time & went to pick it up, then they said they didn’t have any vehicles. WHY they did not let me know this before I went there to pick it up is beyond me. What a waste of time
