Paid for the premium service with the purchase of the RV and didn't receive the products or service it was supposed to come with. It wasn't untill I complained is when they sent out the retail products but the services promised never happened. That being the detailing and inspection to make sure everything is functional and fixed before turning it over. Still waiting currently 1 month for the full service promised.

Had an amazing purchasing experience of my brand new fish house! It went so smooth from them getting it here from another location and helping me through every step of the process. I would never buy from anyone but Lynette! She has been helping my family for over 15 years! Honestly the most down to earth saleswoman ever. She helped me get the right model for what i am going to use it for. Amanda the technician did an amazing walk through- going over every detail and making sure I was comfortable with every feature. Even dealing with Bernard in the financial department was a joy. He was hilarious and kept the mood light as I signed on the dotted line! (Haha). He did great explaining all the perks of my new purchase! If you sweet talk them enough, you can even get a few freebies! I cannot wait to make memories in our new home on wheels! Thank you guys so much!!

I will never go to camping world for an RV!!!! Made them give me my money back!!!! Bought a used 2018 44 ft toy hauler and said they need to clean and fix a few things on it for me to buy it. They said they would and told me that it was all ready to be picked up. The day I show up to pick it up they tell me that they threw out the couch on it and said they would not replace the couch then I go in to the rv to find out nothing was done that was supposed to be done in the agreement!!! These guys are a joke!!!

I went and looked at a camper, I placed a $500 deposit on it, just to hold it so my wife could come down and look at it and get her thoughts. They explained that if that camper didn't work out, my $500 would be credited back. My wife went and looked that evening and after discussion, we decided we would be looking for something a little bit bigger. I let them know that evening and they said the $500 would be credited back to me. I followed up a little over a week later with the sales manager Malik, he said he would get to the bottom of it and get back to me. Four days pass with no return or phone call back. I reach out again, give them my info again and was told the GM would take care of it. It still hasn't been taken care of. Its sad, the sales person was really nice and we had a pleasant experience with her, but the sales manager and rest of them have been very unhelpful. Do not leave a deposit with this company, its a joke.

Unfortunately, every time I go there it seems like I can’t ever get a clear answer or there is nobody to help. I have called multiple times to try and get parts. Nobody ever contacts me back. I had physically went into the parts department talk to Sharon placed a work order for a brand new exterior door still to this day. I have not received a phone call back to let me know how much going to cost me. I’m very disappointed with this company. It seems like they only want to try and sell you a camper and then once they do, they want nothing to do with you. I highly recommend finding a different place to go because you will not get the help that you need.
