  Deception and misleading!! Be careful buying from this location. I got off the phone with their general manager after waiting 4 months for a solution that was never coming since their service rep completely left me hanging and even forgot she was handling my issues. A 72k NEW RV according to them will come with ISSUES for example on mine --- was missing trim pieces, had loose/hanging trim pieces, scuffs and major scratches, broken paneling, leaking toilets, a half operational fridge, a railing that doesn't fully attach to where it was screwed into. Even if you pay for the premium service chances are they won't even fully go about handeling every item on the list of included services. Tyler, their GM initially told me it's not their problem to handle any of these items since it's a manufacturing issue even after putting a NEW label on the RV. Then backtracks and wants me to turn in reciepts of everything I paid to get fixed for him to handle it 4 months later after waiting for an answer. Was never informed about any service, repair, or update only till I complained and called. To top it all off the General Manager nickles and dimes you and will argue even after all the mishaps of his team. No accountability or trust at this location.

  Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Tyler the manager should be removed from his position immediately 1/10 for a customer service. I was looking into purchasing a Fifth Wheel. I got an inspection done as any other smart individual would do & it was all just fishy. My inspector was back there talking to the Service tech for camping world before i even got the chance & I was told he used to work there AFTER I hired him. WEIRD makes me think there was conflict of interest. They wanted me to sign paperwork before even my Inspecton was done lol. Just pressuring me into signing & rushing me because they know things were wrong with this BRAND NEW UNIT. I would not advise to purchase here whatsoever. Worst customer experience of my life. Once I got my inspection report I told Tyler to fix the issues wrong with the camper & to call me whenever they’re fixed so I can get it reinspected & then I’ll be able to sign not anytime before. Tyler decided to be rude & proceeded to hang up on me never heard back from him so at this point I’m guessing he decided he didn’t want to fix the things wrong with this camper & now it’s re listed on there website I’m guessing they just didn’t like how I was demanding for these things to be fixed before I signed & before taking delivery of this unit. AVOID CAMPING WORLD AT ALL COST. Inspection Report in Photos .

  I purchased a camper in June as well as a generator from them. First time using my camper the awing had issues I notified them and the generator was not running either . I sent multiple videos and pictures, emails and all I get back is they will check into this . My awing was missing a piece and been waiting for months for this still nothing about any issues. So I called last Thursday about the generator and my awing and talked to a manager he said some one be calling . Oh they did she called asking what valve I needed for my toilet ??? First of all didn’t know awing took toilet valves ?? And then I was told I could bring the generator back I did and go in to this rude lady saying we don’t take them back ?? Maybe you should let your customer know that and there is no sign stating that next to them when you purchase one no returns?? So far they have no made anything right in my purchase of a camper from them . They put a person off and all you get is we will get back to you it takes 3 months?? I will not go back there and I camp with plenty of people and the word will get out how horrible this place has been..

  We had such a great experience buying our new camper from Camping World! A special shout-out to Lynn and Bernard — they were both so down-to-earth, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. We never felt pressured or pushed into anything, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. We couldn’t be happier with our new camper and are so excited for the adventures ahead. Thank you, Lynn and Bernard, for making it such a great experience!

  Sales lady was amazing as was finance. However the service department and service manager are awful. There was damage on our camper that we were told they will take care of and they are completely ignoring us and the local camping world that has our camper. They lie and refuse to return any calls or emails. DO NOT buy from this location!
