- GGGurinder Singh GhattaroraJul 18, 20261.0No showers in the morning, they start cleaning after 6:30 . Guy was rude and no sense how to talk with customers. If you book the shower he will cancel it after 5 minutes which never happened at any pilot or flying j.

- BBbrian brownJul 16, 20263.07/15/2026 about 7:30pm I've been stopping here for 5 years and have had a pleasant experience 90% of the time. I was in town this time for personal reasons. My wife and I stopped for Subway. We walk up to order as the employee was walking out of the Subway area. She said she was going on break. I asked if anyone would be filling in. She said "maybe" and walked away. After my wife and I, with one other customer waited about 10 minutes, I seen her at the J store register paying for her in store item. I asked again if someone was coming, " it's closed for 40 minutes". Note that they are now "open 24/7" says the sign next to the oder sign. In the past, when someone went on break, someone filled in. This is not the crew at J that I'm used to seeing. There were at least 4 crew members there. And one regular open with 1 customer.
