- LMLuc MjoenAug 21, 20261.0I brought my 2015 Audi A6 to Braaten’s Auto Repair for a coolant leak. They diagnosed the problem as the water pump and replaced it at a price that was well above the average market rate. Within approximately one month, the coolant began leaking again. I returned several times, but they repeatedly claimed that their pressure tests showed no coolant leak, even though the coolant warning kept coming on, I had to continually refill the coolant myself, and the coolant reservoir under the hood was visibly empty. Instead of addressing the failed repair, I was repeatedly told that the issue was an oil leak. Based on my experience, Braaten’s refused to acknowledge or properly correct a repair that did not resolve their work on the original problem. After paying a premium price, I expected the repair to last longer than a month and for the shop to stand behind its work. I cannot recommend this business.
