- EEEveAug 5, 20261.013th St., Valvoline in Fargo the manager Edward is a rip off. He likes to rip women off. He charged me for parts when I brought my own oil in my own filter and he charged me almost $60 just to do an oil change and he’s charging me for parts when I had my own don’t go here and then he lied to me and told me that my coolant was leaking and it wasn’t even and he tried to tell me to go to Tuffy’s so obviously this guy is just a scam. Artist don’t go to this location. They are double dipping and taking advantage of women. I went there on August 2 on a Sunday.

Also, i wish I understood why a $100+ oil change doesn’t include the filter. I’ve asked and never get an answer. Filters are not extra anywhere else. Also even though I do a full synthetic oil change, there apparently is no altering of the window sticker to 5000 miles which is odd. The employees were nice though so I’ll give them that.

Very knowledgeable people and they get me in and out very quick and let me know if there’s anything wrong with my vehicle
