Update to this. I was contacted by the manager, it went very well, I was offered to either fix it, credit, or a refund but being we are far away I went with the refund offer. Kudos to the business for this. Many places don't seem to have the good customer service skills in addressing issues anymore but this place and manager kaden were good about it. Thank you Stopped in for an oil change when on the road, service was friendly and fast, however, 2 days later, oil was on the floor of my garage. I place cardboard underneath later, sure enough a good 5 inch width of oil leaking in about half a day. I checked the plug and seal, leaking out from around the edges and dripping to the floor. I never had this happen before, vehicle never once leaked, owned the vehicle for 6 years now. Did they use power tools and strip that plug or o ring/gasket. Over tighten it? Not happy with this. Now I bought more oil and a new plug kit to do it myself. This is ridiculous. Not to mention it was nothing but constant loud shouting and talking and pushing service after service upon you. I am done with these fast lane places. I had another place look, saw it leaking to confirm and said only way to fix was replace it and replace oil. Fast lane should reimburse or make this right.

I bring my company vehicles here regularly and have had nothing but great experiences every time. Rob is one of the guys who always remembers me when I come in, which is a really nice personal touch when you’re bringing in multiple vehicles for your business. The whole staff is polite, quick, and professional, and the service has consistently been exceptional. It’s hard to find that kind of customer service these days. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Valvoline off of 52nd! The staff was very polite, friendly, and professional. They got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed, and the service was done right. It’s nice to see a crew that works efficiently while still providing great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m new to this whole handling things on my own as I’ve just moved out and they made the experience super quick, easy, and efficient.
