  Amazing service for what you pay for! The guys do what they can to make you feel comfortable or accommodating to your needs while waiting for repairs.

  Tuffy Tire was very courteous . This is just an inspection of the undercarriage and that's what exactly what I needed. They even have information about when doing a transmission flush to switch the plastic transmission apan into a metal transmission pan because it's more durable.

  They are awesome and forward with everything...they are as transparent as possible and always willing to help even when busy normally on the same day as well been going to these guys for years and trust them enough to where we know a few by actual name and joke with them stellar location and crew

  LOVE Tuffy's. They are always pleasant even when it is news you'd rather not hear. They got me in the very next day and found a situation that took very trained eyes to see. And then were able to get the parts and get it repaired that very same day. Thus, allowing me to be able to get on the road for a planned trip with no delays. Thanks!! You all are the best!!

  Came here after my transmission went out in the middle of a road trip. They did take me in, and they charged me over $160 for a "diagnostic" that comprised checking the fluids and driving it around a bit before asking me to pay them over $9,000 to install a $5,000 reman transmission. I called Al at Fargo Automotive and Transmission, who asked me "who the hell is trying to rip you off that bad?" In the end I got it taken care of at Auto Doctors. Total waste of time and money; if you have a real problem, go elsewhere. They've responded to my review, and I respond as follows: What he's saying is that they have parts cannoneers instead of technicians, and that they charge four times in labor (~4000 vs 1000) what everyone else charges. I did get a rebuilt transmission installed for an incomparably lower price. For any other women out there, the service he's describing (replacing a fuse, checking the codes, driving around and listening) you can do at AutoZone for $5 and free, respectively, in under 5 minutes. Normally you need to read undergraduate policy papers to get that kind of word inflation! I have to wonder what the world is like for people who get hoodwinked like this.
