- JWJack WillisMay 6, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience with this car wash and how the situation was handled afterward. During one visit, an employee actually stopped my vehicle mid-wash using the emergency stop just to tell me I was allegedly driving too fast in the parking lot. I said “okay” and complied, and I was told to continue through the wash. Then, for a second time, they used the emergency stop to tell me I couldn’t go through with my window shades attached (the type that fit over the top half of the door to help keep the sun off children). While other locations had previously told me these were fine, I had no issue removing them—but I was in a rush, so I chose to leave instead. About a week later, I checked my app and discovered the manager at that location had manually cancelled my membership without any communication. I contacted corporate, explained what happened, and they reinstated my subscription. Today, when I returned for another wash, I was told I was not allowed to use the service because of the previous incident. After contacting corporate again, I was informed that my membership would be cancelled and that I was no longer allowed at the Fargo locations or the Moorhead location. Very disappointing experience overall, especially with the lack of communication, inconsistent policies between locations, and the way this was escalated.
