  Scam beware. Wouldn’t honor prepaid carwashes saying “they aren’t them anymore” while always being run by Tommy's Express and the original owner. They have no expiration date on them yet they get to choose when they no longer accept them? Would have been alot easier to allow me to use my prepaid car washes and then I would have purchased a monthly pass but instead you wanted to scam me over coupons purchased at this location because you "couldn't scan them". You guys didnt even go under a aquisition you just rebranded beacuse the entire time it was Tommy's equipment running "Custom Express".

  The left vacuum wasn't picking up anything and your worker Luke came over and cleaned out the machine. It still didn't work so he took another piece apart and got it unblocked, fixing it completely. 10/10 customer service. Thank you!

  28 bucks for a car wash that left bugs all over the front of my truck. Not very happy. They need to slow the belt down a bit to actually let the car wash down it's job.

  I had a very frustrating experience with this car wash and how the situation was handled afterward. During one visit, an employee actually stopped my vehicle mid-wash using the emergency stop just to tell me I was allegedly driving too fast in the parking lot. I said “okay” and complied, and I was told to continue through the wash. Then, for a second time, they used the emergency stop to tell me I couldn’t go through with my window shades attached (the type that fit over the top half of the door to help keep the sun off children). While other locations had previously told me these were fine, I had no issue removing them—but I was in a rush, so I chose to leave instead. About a week later, I checked my app and discovered the manager at that location had manually cancelled my membership without any communication. I contacted corporate, explained what happened, and they reinstated my subscription. Today, when I returned for another wash, I was told I was not allowed to use the service because of the previous incident. After contacting corporate again, I was informed that my membership would be cancelled and that I was no longer allowed at the Fargo locations or the Moorhead location. Very disappointing experience overall, especially with the lack of communication, inconsistent policies between locations, and the way this was escalated.
