Rock shattered my windshield on driver’s side. Glass was everywhere. They got us in immediately and cleaned up the glass. They were very kind and kept in contact with us all the way through the process.

Set up an appointment online the tech that came out was late and left after about two minutes saying that he couldn’t do the repair cause of rust damage (there was no rust damage and payment was made prior and not once was rust ever brought up. He left my keys on top of my vehicle and didn’t lock my doors. I waited a week for that then had to wait another week for a rescheduled appointment. No one answered my calls or emails about the job not being done or the lazy technician. Went in to the shop for the second appointment and they made me pay the total again before they would give me my keys, threatened if I didn’t pay again it would be sent to collections and said my first payment should be returned in 5 days or so they think and thought it was ok to make me wait over Two weeks after payment to get my windshield replaced and didn’t give any compensation or concern I had to pay $460 because the first tech didn’t do his job. Took all my money and I’m still waiting for my first payment to be returned. Didn’t even offer an apology or discount for the inconvenience

Made an appointment for rock chip repair. The appointment was 8 or 9 days out,(no problem). I arrived about 10 minutes early, checked in, and waited for 45 minutes, and they never even touched my vehicle. I then requested my keys and left. Will never go back, what a joke and a complete waste of time, from what I read on here this is common for this business, so if you choose this place take the whole day off and bring a lunch.

Poor installation of moulding around the windshield, damage to my interior pillars and headliner. Windshield is crooked. At the warranty appointment afterwards I waited all day and no one showed up. Still waiting on getting this fixed. 1-star review. Edit: They sent a different tech out to redo it under warranty and Kyson did a fantastic job. He listened to my concerns and was a rad dude. The moulding looks great and it's perfectly centered. He gets a 5-star review. Company overall gets a 4-star review.
