  Awesome group of folks at the RDO service department. Both Matt — service manager — and Tom — service writer — were both very professional and kept me well informed while my truck was in their shop. I had extensive work done and they completed all of the repairs in the time advised at drop off. For reference I have a 2022 VNL 860

  Very happy with the service! Had the full DPF system repaired and 7 injector replaced on my truck. Professional team, fair pricing, and the truck now runs perfectly again. Fast turnaround and excellent results. Will definitely recommend this shop to other truck drivers! The best Volvo in USA..Thank you

  Where should I start, I blow a break canister and so I call my normal service center that I use on a regular basis. They can't fit it in with the work load they have tonight.... so I call around to different shops, most of them say we cannot handle that tonight. I'm sorry try so and so. Finally get to RDO truck center. I call them and ask them, can they swap out a brake canister real quick. They said they should be able to if I can get there by 11.... I get there at 1050, wait in the service desk area with no one around for over 10 minutes. I even went out to the truck, grabbed my cell phone walked back inside and called them to see if they would come up front to answer the phone. Nothing. Wait around some more and finally at 1105 someone finally walks into the service desk area.. I told them i had been waiting here and that I'm the one that called in earlier about the brake chamber that needs to be swapped.... the guy said well if everything goes perfectly we could get it done but I don't know if I want to tear into it tonight, I think I'm going to have to turn you away.... really... ok, I walk out and will NEVER return there again, if this is how they treat their customers I'll take my fleet somewhere else for normal maintenance issues, and emergency calls.. I guess a simple brake chamber job that took me 25 minutes to swap out wasn't worth their time. Like I said before, it's their loss not mine. I'll take my fleet of trucks and trailers elsewhere. No skin off my back, I won't even go to the sales team as I am afraid of how ill be treated there as well.
