  Agent stayed after closing, when fly was delayed. All other rentals were gone. Sometimes just a bit of customer service, nows gets a customer for life. Thank you again to the agent.

  The Fargo airport team for National car rental is second to none. Every single time I’m there I only use national. The service is amazing, their attentiveness, care, and commitment to giving you the best experience possible is something you don’t see very often. As someone who travels weekly all over the country, this is my favorite group to rent a car from. I wish all of the national branches worked how this team does. Can’t say enough about them.

  I had an excellent experience with National Car Rental in Fargo, ND. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the pickup process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. Returning the car was just as smooth and hassle-free. Great customer service and reliable vehicles—I would definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend them to anyone traveling through Fargo.

  Loved the basically brand-new Ram 1500! The team at Hector in Fargo was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about doing their job right.
