- DWDolores WhalenAug 8, 20262.0We have been loyal Enterprise customers for more than 20 years and have always had positive experiences, so we were very disappointed with the customer service we received at this location. For a branch manager, Karter was unable to provide much assistance. When we asked about a military discount, we were told that he could not offer one at his location. We were also disappointed when we asked about returning the vehicle to the airport and were told we could potentially be charged up to $1,000. Karter appeared disinterested in addressing our concerns, which was especially disappointing given our 20+ years of loyalty to Enterprise. I am giving two stars because Karter did offer us an upgrade, although upgrades are commonly offered by Enterprise. I would also like to recognize the intern, Morgan, who was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Morgan provided the level of customer service we expected and truly stood out during our experience. In contrast, our experience with the Enterprise team at Hector International Airport was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. It was a night-and-day difference in customer service. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the customer experience at this location.
