  Incredibly fast pickup and drop-off! I realized two hours after returning the car that I’d left my AirPods inside. I called the shop, and the staff member immediately retrieved them from the vehicle and kept them at the desk until I could come back. Huge thanks for going above and beyond!

  I was a loyal customer until early this morning. Booked a car and had a confirmation. Flight to Fargo was delayed so I called the number for Fargo Airport enterprise. Guy put me on hold for 5 minutes, returned and told me someone would stay at the desk to help with my booking until 1am. Arrived at 12:45am and desk was closed- Avis rep told me they sold out and left- completely disregarding my booking. I was left stranded by this company 80 miles from where I needed to be at 1am. I called and the guy who answered told me 1. He was not in customer service (even though he was talking to me live) and 2. There was nothing they could do until they opened at 8am. This company will disregard your booking and kick you to the curb. Nothing professional about them. I won’t be using enterprise for car booking anywhere, any time. Period. Would leave negative stars if I could. Completely flabbergasted a company can treat people like this today and stay in business

  I reserved a car in advance of work travel throughout North Dakota. Upon check in at the airport desk, the agent said he was going to “upgrade” me to a Jeep. I am 5’2” and the Jeep Mojave did not have running boards, making it a challenge to get into the vehicle. I was also stumped / unable to figure out how to roll down the window to use in a fast food drive-thru. I’m not even sure if the window does roll down, as it appears the door could be removed. Overall the Jeep got me from point A to point B, C, and D, but it was loud and not the most comfortable mode of transportation for the 400 miles I needed to travel. I will continue to use Enterprise, but going forward, I will request to stick with what I chose from the initial reservation.
