  Always take pictures yourself before. I returned my car they took 700 dollars out for scratch’s and over a month later said I caused 8 grand in damage. Keep in mind I’m from California and when I got the car it was covered in snow and was the whole time I was in Fargo. Enterprise is a huge scam I would highly recommend other places. I am from California so I was in town on business and a month after I’m home they all of a sudden again say the truck has all this damage a whole month and half later when I’m 1500 miles away and can’t show up myself and argue. Now they are interested in looking into it for me that they already hit my insurance

  The whole process was very smooth. We had a clean and nice car to drive! Check in and check out was very quick and easy!

  Easy check in and check out, no issues with the vehicle. Wished the check in was shorter or was able to select vehicle at a kiosk.
