  I loved my Nissan Sentra I got for the day. It was clean and it happened to be my favorite color, which was an unexpected bonus.

  Came from Oregon and spent 2 days traveling on the train and made a reservation ahead of time and was not informed of all the information required to pick up the car. Was told 15 minutes before I went to get the car that I would not be able to and am left stranded trying to find a ride.

  Do not rent from this Enterprise location. They did not have our rental car available and offered a smaller car for "a deal," which was just the typical daily rate of that category of vehicle. It did not work for our family size and they recommended we contact the airport location, even though they had already told me they were "out of vehicles there." Overall, could not have been less accommodating, less helpful, or less caring. If you want to reserve a vehicle weeks in advance only to not have said vehicle available and be left with no other options, this is the place for you!

  They were out of the car we reserved so they gave us a large SUV at the same price. It worked out for us was larger than we needed. IT did have a running boards we needed that. Dad is 98 and the high steps up are for him. We learned that we would not ever buy this SUV didn't care for it. They were all busy working and they seemed to work good together.

  Fargo Enterprise on Main went above and beyond when I called to obtain a last minute rental due to a family emergency. My husband and I traveled to Fargo with another couple for dinner and a concert and after receiving a call of a family emergency we started calling the local car rental companies. It was already 5:02 pm. when I placed the call to Enterprise and the associate that answered the phone was Wil. I quickly gave him a run down of the situation and how we needed to get back home. During our conversation there weren’t any vehicles available as they were completely booked out. I noted the companies hours of operation, confirming they closed at 6:00pm. and proceeded to ask the associate if I could leave my name and phone number in case they had any no-shows between now and closing time while I contacted the other local rental agencies. He graciously took down my information. Fifteen minutes or so passed and I had made calls to three other agencies (all of which were completely booked out). We had exhausted all of the rental options and were contemplating our next step when my phone rang and Wil from Enterprise was calling back to inform us that a vehicle was available if we still needed it. I immediately said yes, “We’d take whatever was available”. We returned the vehicle within 24 hours just in case someone else was in dire straights and needed a set of wheels. When I entered Enterprise, an associate held the door and kindly said he could assist me with my return vehicle but after rounding the corner I saw Wil and asked if he could assist me. The associate said sure thing and passed the keys over. Wil was surprised to see we had returned the vehicle so quickly and I commented “less than 24 hours” and thanked him for his assistance in our time of need. Wil went outside to proceed with the check in process the manager commented “May I ask why you wanted Wil?” I then quickly filled him in with the recent events and how Wil went above and beyond demonstrating outstanding customer service. He smiled and said that’s fantastic. He then informed me that Wil was an intern and I responded “He’s definitely one you’ll want to retain” It’s this 5-Star customer service demonstration that keeps this company on top! Wil went above and beyond his duties to help us out and having a manager that inquires about the employees also demonstrates the importance of customer service. Thank you!!!
