  We loved our first experience with enterprise and the car we got was wonderful ❤️ It was so nice to rent a car for our vacation and we will definitely be doing it again!

  Employee lied about being the manager. Tried to get me to pay twice when I'd already paid through Priceline. If third party sites are an issue then don't accept them. Horrible customer service, they won't think twice about lying to your face. Avoid. Enterprise customer service was fantastic. They weren't able to resolve my issue, however they were up to the standard people expect from Enterprise. Just Fargo below it. The Area Manager reached out to me via email and stated I was refused service because I did not have a credit card. I do have a credit card, I used it on July 29th when I rented a minivan from Enterprise in Norfolk VA. I had no issues. Just Fargo. Just for reference they think I'm sketchy because I rented a mini van a few weeks ago so I could drive everything that I own from Norfolk VA to Fargo ND. I lived out of a backpack for two years in Fargo ND. They discriminate and they lie about it. I have everything I need(10 times over) to rent a vehicle. I would have had no issues at Hertz. My reservation was $600 cheaper than the current going rate for vehicles they have, which they were also almost completely booked. Getting down to the real problems of piss poor management and employees entitled to discriminate.

  I had a terrible experience with the front desk customer service at this location. While I fully understand the need for staff to follow policy and verify required rental details, the representative’s attitude turned dismissive and unhelpful the moment I was unable to provide the necessary information right then. After explaining my situation, I explicitly asked the employee to reschedule my vehicle reservation to Monday at 7:00 AM. He acknowledged the request and verbally agreed. However, instead of moving the reservation as requested, he canceled it entirely, leaving me without a rental vehicle when I needed one. The lack of care and total disregard for customer requests is completely unacceptable. I will not be using Enterprise again after this interaction.

  I booked a van for a weekend getaway with the family. When I got to the counter to pay for my rental, I was told they had nothing available. Explain to me how they can confirm a reservation, and then the person can book a weekend trip around said reservation, and then just tell somebody, "Tough, we have nothing for you." Horrible customer service!
