I came to get my oil changed and was shown that there wasn’t any oil on my dip stick. They drained my oil, refilled as normal. I presented my store credit voucher and I had a coupon. They wouldn’t let me use my coupon because I was paying for part of it with my store credit and they can’t use a coupon with store credit, even thought it was their fault I had received store credit for their screw up. Then I review my receipt and they charged me for “extra” oil. Please explain why I need extra oil if they drained the oil and filled it just like every other vehicle, regardless of how little they drained? I was very much taken advantage of and I am incredibly disappointed. There were 4 ladies working which I initially thought was cool, but they were incredibly rude and dismissive.
