  I've gone to Valvoline multiple times for my oil changes. I'm always happy with the service. This time I went to a different shop, the one on Divide Ave, and I will say that was the best service I've ever had at Valvoline. Noah, Jesse, and Melvin were the techs on my car and they are all great at what they do. Noah was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly some of the maintenance I need on my car. Jesse and Melvin were quick and efficient as well. What made this trip the best was how well the maintenance was explained to me and I was also given a print out of said maintenance with price points. Again, I am always very pleased with Valvoline but this trip deserved a special shout out. Keep up the good work!

  I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and were very honest about what my vehicle needed without trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and courteous everyone was, and they worked together to get me in and out quickly while still providing excellent service. The price was great, the customer service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. It’s not often you find a place that is this friendly, honest, and efficient. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you for making the experience so easy and stress-free!

  I have used this business several times and generally have had good experiences. However, during my most recent oil change, the technician cross-threaded the oil pan drain plug. As a result, my vehicle developed an oil leak, staining my driveway. I had to take the vehicle to a mechanic to repair the damaged threads, which resulted in additional expense and inconvenience. I also had to replace the oil again after the repair, making the original oil change essentially wasted. Mistakes can happen, but I was disappointed that this issue occurred and ended up costing me both time and money to correct.

  Second time and no more going there. Changed oil on Thursday. Saterday had to go in because it all came out. They refilled, changed the filter… but today-Sunday there is NO OIL again!!! it all gushed out!! Had no problems before having an oil change!!! We need our car!!! WORKING!!! I need to GO TO WORK not get oil added every day!!! FIX WHAT YOU BROKE PLEASE!!! First time was with a diff car-had to change my NEW skid pan because they didnt screw it back!!! Left partly unsrewed and during the drive to Washington it got ruined!! Thank God no accident happened because stopped and took it off (came off with hands…) WORST SERVICE! So sad :( Will have to SKIP work tommorow and go in AGAIN…
