I was a little nervous about driving my car through and he was very patient and walked me through what to do step by step. He even came out to help guide me. He also immediately saw I was having some trouble in the vacuum area and came out to check if I needed anything. He helped me get the mats out of my car and he did a fantastic job getting them clean. I was very impressed with the clean facilities and the friendly service!
