- AEAsterra Everling4 days ago1.0Dropped semi truck off for taillights on trailer that wouldn’t work. Called the shop and asked if they could get it done within 3 days. They said they would call and let us know what was wrong, they never called. When we called them after 2 days they had no idea what was wrong with it or could fix it. When we showed up to pick up truck. Mechanic was out and we couldn’t get it till he showed up. When mechanic showed up he said they would try again. They opened the hood and gave up. Then tried to charge us for a full days work. When they didn’t work on it until we got there and left still not knowing what was wrong with it. Had to throw a fit just to not be charged for a full day when they did nothing. Still had to pay $600. Terrible customer service and communication. Would not recommend
