Reece G. is the man! super easy check in and he was very polite and outgoing. I got a very clean and new (less than 1k miles) Hyundai hybrid and Reece made sure to mention that when I hit the start button the car will be on even if it doesn't sound like it.

Agent at Bismarck Airport was most helpful and nice. Car, clean and in great shape for driving, was exactly what we wanted. Agent at drop off in Rapid City, SD, was very nice and helpful in giving directions for after hours drop off and for getting to hotel.

The car we rented was clean, in great condition and had low mileage. The rental price was reasonable. The check in process was efficient. The Enterprise counter is easy to locate in the airport. Reece, the Branch Rental Manager that we worked with was super friendly and made the process to check very smooth.
The Enterprise desk was the busiest in terms of customers, as there were at least 8-10 folks just from my flight at the counter when I arrived. This compared to only 2-3 customer at each of the other two rental car counters.
Where this location lost a star is that it appears to be significantly understaffed. Reece was the only person working the counter when we arrived, where the competitor rental car desks each had two employees to help with check-ins. It seemed odd to be so low on staffing when Enterprise had at least 4 times the number of renters. There also appeared to be a very limited number of staff for cleaning cars and retrieving the cars that were left in the rental car return lot.
They had run out of clean cars when we had made it to the counter and we had to wait about 15 minutes for them to have one ready for us. When it was time to return, the return lot was completely full, including the non-dedicated rental car return spaces, so we were forced to leave the car in a hashed no parking zone. When we went in to return the keys, there was no one at the counter, just a sign stating that they had to step away to clean some cars and that they would be back shortly. At least we were able to leave the keys in a drop box so we didn't have to miss check-in for our flight.
All-in-all, it was a good rental without any major issues. I think it would have been just that much better if they had more staff.
