    Never on the website did it say the persons cards who was being used had to match the license and be present and it can’t be an out of state debit card HORRIBLE experience couldn’t get our car on the day we are leaving so inconvenient and inconsiderate

    Literally just dropped off the rental car. Had some minor issues in the beginning, no fault of the branch, and no cars were available. When everything was squared away the rest of the process was extremely easy and the customer service was fantastic. I dropped my vehicle off 5 days early and they were prompt to send the return back to my card. Brandon, the branch manager was incredibly helpful and kind and you can tell he really cares about the customers' experience. Hopefully I won't need another rental for a very long time (darn deer) but if I do I won't hesitate to return.
