  Appointments mean nothing here. I’ve rented from here several times and never has there been a vehicle ready at my appointed time. Even the time I had a promise that they’d be ready because I had a time crunch, they weren’t. I’m not sure why it’s always like it’s a surprise when someone with an appointment arrives. There are several people just sitting at desks and nobody making sure there’s a car ready when people are scheduled to be there. The people are always polite and I’ve never had a problem with a vehicle so I don’t have the heart to give a one star but it’s seriously bad enough (I’ve waited as long as 90 minutes at times) that someone should say something.

  They were very accommodating when I needed to extend the contract. Friendly and helpful for making a things work easily. Great service.

  I have used the Bismarck, ND, Enterprise Rent-A-Car office a number of times over the past few years and have always received excellent customer service. The staff is professional, courteous, and exceedingly helpful in meeting customers' needs, and the vehicles are kept clean and mechanically safe and sound. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental vehicle.

  The team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was extremely helpful when I needed a rental during the duration of an auto repair. They were extremely knowledgeable about their auto selection and the services that they were able to offer. Shout out to Brad who made the whole process easy and low stress. I will be recommending this location for any friends and family who may need a rental in the future!

  I had a smooth and positive experience using the app to set up a last-minute car rental. Everyone was a delight to interact with. It's great to see a workplace where the employees clearly enjoy interacting with their colleagues as well as the public. I failed to get the name of the gentleman who helped me pick up the car (tall and slender, tightly curly hair) and I believe the gentleman who assisted me at return and graciously gave me a ride back to my hotel was Anton (dark hair, bit of facial hair, grew up in Bismarck). I was a bit tired and frazzled, but actually felt more upbeat after both interactions. That car was clean, cute, and zippy as well. Thanks all.
