Couldn’t be happier with the job Duane’s did on our Palisade. After the accident there was quite a bit more damage than we originally thought, but they took care of everything and worked with the insurance company throughout the process. I especially want to give a shoutout to Stacy. He was the person I dealt with throughout the repair and he was great from beginning to end. He kept me in the loop, was always straight with me about what was going on, and took the time to answer any questions I had. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting our Palisade back to us the right way, not just getting it out the door. Having one person I could count on throughout the whole process made a huge difference. When we finally got the Palisade back, the work spoke for itself. Everything looks great and you honestly wouldn’t know it had been in an accident. They clearly take a lot of pride in the work they do. Hopefully I never need a body shop again 😂, but if I do, Duane’s will be the first place I call. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Big thank you to Stacy and the entire crew at Duane’s for taking such good care of us and our vehicle.

I brought my vehicle to Duane’s Body Shop for hail damage repair. Personnel in the office and shop personnel were very helpful. The majority of the cost was covered by insurance.
