- GGGordon GodfreyJun 30, 20262.0Took my 24 Forester in for the 35854 mile oil change. That was after receiving a message that Starlink had alerted them there was a problem. THERE WAS NO PROBLEM! After the technician did his inspection the only thing noted was a “Caution” in the cooling system. Probable wanting me to pay to have the system drained and refilled. It takes me an hour and 15 minutes to drive to Greenville and the same to return. With a $10.00 discount coupon it still cost me $93.83 for a job I can do myself in about 30 minutes and at a cost of less than $40.00. Ridiculous charges like “Doc Storage fee, and shop supplies” on top of the premium cost for oil, filter, and labor does not make this customer very happy.
