It was the first time that I had come to Capital Subaru (Greenville) due to me recently moving into the area (Winterville) and being new to the area. I just came in for a safety inspection for registering my Subaru. The overall first experience with Capital Subaru was excellent. In the future, I’ll bring my Subaru in for its scheduled maintenance as well as for repairs as necessary. 👍

I asked for a wash, didn’t do it!!! Asked for nitrogen in my tires, didn’t happen. My car only has 5 thousand miles, there is no way I got nitrogen in my tires, cause all of them was totally not the same! 38 on two then 35 on other ones!! Will not go back! Totally pissed off

Worked with Treyvon & Lindsey to put together a deal online, sent payment then picked up the vehicle with the kind assistance of Tim, the transporter, who picked us up from home and to the dealership. Sales Consultant DeWayne was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable while we waited to finish paperwork, gave us a quick rundown of the vehicle’s features, and even took care of setting my seat, pairing my phone and the like. Finally, Finance Manager Allen was bout typical F & I guy, in a good way. All in all one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had!
