  Great car wash! I wish the staff would use a brush on the front grill to remove "bug guts" before the wash starts

  This car wash did a surprisingly good job on my dirty vehicle. I can’t speak about the vacuums because I was in a hurry and didn’t use them. However, my 3 star review is because I hit the $12 wash and was charged $18 instead of $12 and didn’t notice until I had already left. That is just dishonest! So check your receipts if you go here!

  I recently visited Zip's on Hanes Mall Blvd & had the best experience. I was greeted promptly as soon as I reached the pay station. The young lady named Kristina was so helpful & very quickly eased my fear that I have always had when going through a car wash. She was very thorough when going through the different types of washes they sell & also informed me about their memberships & the pricing as well. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite & very patient with me as I had a few questions to ask. Not only did she help me quickly get over my fear of going through the car wash, she also checked on me to make sure that I was ok after coming out of the wash. I will definitely be returning to this car wash because that one employee went out of her way to help ensure my first experience was wonderful.

  I do not understand the joyous reviews for Zips. It is very expensive for a substandard car wash. I've tried it 3 times for a standard Honda CRV. It never gets the back clean and wheelwells are left filthy. Exterior only for $25? Go to Marco's on Country Club, spend the same amount and get a perfect exterior AND interior clean.

  Can we go back to the days when we could just go through a car was and pay a machine a reasonable fee instead of having a person showing up at the machine to pressure us into the next level because "the basic doesn't do anything?" $18 is ridiculous.
