  Wonderful experience today from Baylan, he assisted me at the paystation, and then asked how the wash went when I pulled around. He was very respectful and professional.

  Baylan assisted me but he was very pushy and tried multiple times to sign me up for a membership I didn't want after I clearly told him no. Won't be coming back.

  Went to the Zips on Hanes Mall today and Baylan was very helpful. When I arrived, he came over to greet me and see if I needed help selecting my car wash. He was very polite and friendly!

  Amazing service every single time i visit. always someone out at the welcome lanes and tunnel to wave and say hello. They always give me more space and keep things moving safely. Customer service is above and beyond here, and its clear that their employees do everything in their power to make it a better experience for any customer. Not to mention these are the best vacuums i have used at an express wash and the wash quality is perfect, 100%. Best car wash in town thank you zips!!!
