  ⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience. The customer service at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager’s attitude was unacceptable, and he did not know how to communicate with a customer respectfully. I have a monthly membership, but after the way I was treated, I will be canceling it. I will not be coming back to this location again. I do not recommend this place. Manger and Management needs to understand that customers deserve basic respect and professional treatment.

  I have been a customer of this car wash for about three years and have been paying around $50 every month for my membership. Because I am very busy, I usually only use the car wash two or three times a month. This evening, I brought my car in for a wash and politely asked the new tall manager if they could please wash my floor mat with foam. Instead of simply explaining their policy professionally, he was very rude and disrespectful toward me. He told me that washing the mat was not their responsibility and that they could not wash it with foam. After being a loyal paying customer for three years, I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. A manager should know how to communicate respectfully with customers, even when a requested service is not available. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I cannot recommend this location and I am considering taking my business somewhere else.

  On June 20, 2026 my husband brought my car to this facility to get it cleaned. There was an item inside the car wash that hit my windshield giving it a very bad crack that spread. The manager, Charles, seemed to be helpful at first but has now become unresponsive. The customer service phone number never gets an an answer. The only email we’ve received is one basically saying “we’ve received your request”…no timeline of when it would be fixed or how etc. it is now September 20, 2026. It has been THREE MONTHS. 90 days is a long enough period to have had the incident reported and resolved by now. I do not recommend this car wash at all! And honestly this experience makes me prefer hand washing services over drive through ones despite the convenience and never having had an issue at other establishments (I do however highly recommend shine time express car wash!)

  I love the way whistle express leaves my car very clean! I just wish the peters creek location was as updated as the one on Healy dr especially when it sprays water on the car because it sounds loud when it hits the roof of the car whereas the Healy dr whistle express doesn’t make noise!

  On June 27, 2026, I went to the Peters Creek location of Whistle Express Car Wash to get my wife’s car washed as I have done before. As I drove my car through the wash, an object that had lodged into one of the brushes hit my windshield and created a large crack on my windshield that I watched grow as I exited the wash. I immediately alerted an employee as well as the manager on duty and I filled out a damage claims form at the desk and was told that I would be contacted. It is now August 30, 2026 and aside from a short email chain from their “customer service“ I have not received any resolution for this issue. I have called customer service, I have emailed customer service, I have physically returned to the car wash to speak to the manager directly about the issue, and I’ve been incredibly patient every time and still nothing. This is unacceptable for a business to operate this way and for your customer service to be so incompetent and unwilling to resolve an issue that was caused at one of their own facilities. I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a review like this, however I have never encountered a business so unwilling to take accountability for their inaction.
