- JEJohn Elliott5 days ago1.0Do not go here! You are better off, taking sandpaper to the side of your car. I was a little apprehensive since it switched from Fins to Whistle. I was told it was just rebranding, but the washers are definitely working different. The sprayers didn’t kick on till I was halfway in, and the brushes were already fully spinning, smacking up against my dry vehicle.. Scratches are an understatement. I just had this car painted about six months ago and the paint was perfect. One single trip put thousands of scratches on it and it’s still dirty. It literally did a dry wash and just scratched the dirt off my car. I’m hoping I can take it back up to the shop. I had it painted and they can buff this thing out because it’s going to be a shame riding around with all these scratches.

The towels seem like they’re not being properly washed or dried, which is concerning. On top of that, many of the vacuum hoses aren’t working. Overall, the car wash is not well maintained right now and definitely needs improvement.

I just left and every trip going through the wash it cuts off and has to restarted feels like your getting ripped off.. then every other vacuum doesn’t work.. and third the member line cameras don’t read the tags so u have to wait for the attendant to ask the dumb question do you have a account??🙄 then you don’t want to send any discounts for the clear inconvenience.

I was charged twice in March and have been charged 2 separate subscriptions in April. I have gone into the Car Wash to speak with management. It's impossible to catch-up with someone that can refund your money or correct any mistakes. They have this generic phone number that is supposed to be the number for management or corporate. You end up reaching an answering machine never a person. I have run out of patience with these folk and canceled my membership today. A word to the wise choose another Car Wash that values their customers. If I could give them zero stars I would.
