  Did not reset maintenance due light or replace the sticker reminder...not what i am used to...they were fully staffed and it was not busy...one guy laughed when my car bottomed out coming on to the service platform

  Oil change & tire rotation and I was there maybe 15-20 minutes max! … Every single employee there made sure to welcome me! So kind & courteous and as miserably hot as it was, they smiled and acted like they were proud of their job! Just a great atmosphere and awesome employees! My permanent car care place from now on!!!

  Horrible customer service who wouldn’t even answer if I could drop my car off for an oil change. Instead just rolled their eyes at me. So rude. Will go to my local valvoline in chapel hill in the future. Avoid this location.

  I came by to double check that I wasn’t due for a transmission service because I felt like I was slipping out of gear. Upon checking my records, the attendant (I wish I remembered his name) assured me that I had just had it serviced. I asked if he could check my transmission fluid just to make sure i didn’t have a leak and he assured me everything was good. A simple complimentary service that gave me immeasurable peace-of-mind. I love how respectful and attentive the staff is. Having had terrible experiences in other places where I felt taken advantage of it’s so refreshing to have a place I can trust that provides excellent customer service and a quality experience. Thank you so much.

  Beware, their new employee tried to fail my inspection unless I purchased new wiper blades. Felt like a cheap sales pitch and my wipers were perfectly fine. He didnt use and fluid when testing. Nice manager, just beware of lazy sales tactics. Got a cheaper inspection later at the dealer, ironically.
