- AZAlex ZheSep 28, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. Their discount card has confusing terms, and the details of the oil‑change service are not clearly stated. The service quality is bad, I do not recommend this shop
- JRJustin RichardsonSep 27, 20261.0My wife took her car here for an oil change. Ever since then, she's had a slow oil leak. She took it back, and they denied any issues despite identifying wet oil around the plug and despite acknowledging that the oil needed to be topped off. Terrible service. Incompetence abounds.
- RSRay ShafferSep 23, 20265.0The folks at the Winston-Salem were super friendly, fast, and efficient. Thanks, Kayla and friends.
- JOJim OvertonSep 10, 20265.0I went in for an oil change today. They got me in immediately and I was out within 10 minutes as they advertise. I let them know that I am hard of hearing and they spoke at an appropriate volume for me. They made sure that the system was reset so that no oil change due light will come on before my next oil change. I really couldn’t ask for anything more. I will be back.
- CFCaitlin FehlingerSep 5, 20265.0Popped in today before a trip for an over due oil change. I was spoken to promptly by Anthony who let me know there would be a small wait but happy to get me seen soon. He explained everything, and Anthony and Brandon had me taken care of in no time. Both polite, prompt, and efficient. Not pushy at all and felt very comfortable and happy with the service. I’m just a girl trying to get my vehicle taken care of and I felt like the team today did just that. Will be returning for my next service. Thank you!!
