  This was one of the best experiences for an oil change by far. I will recommend everybody to go there definitely for one of the employees named Nick. He showed me things that might be wrong. Did not push me into buying anything I didn’t need and it seemed as if he had very good experience of doing what he had done oil change. Everybody was also nice there too.

  Great Team!!! They are very well to get along with, and know how to help with anything you may need. When I was last there Tanner helped me out with an oil change that didn’t take long at all and is very nice when answering questions you might have.

  This place is AMAZING. BEST SERVICE in a really long time. I even went to the wrong place and came in and they were still willing to take us and match our price That I have found. The manager is obviously very serious about what he does. And a very kind person. Ten out of ten highly recommend.

  Ian, the manager at Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change on University Parkway in Winston-Salem is amazing!!! I called ahead and the AI auto bot told me it would be $51.99 for an economy oil change... any car, or $97.99 + up (before tax) for a premium oil change with synthetic, depending on the car. The AI bot asked if I wanted her to send me a coupon. I said sure. She sent $20 off for the premium oil change. I said what about the economy coupon? She sent a 50% off coupon for that. Done deal. I drove in. Well, it depends on the type of oil you need the mechanic explained. Then, Ian came over. They gave me 1. The premium synthetic oil change. 2. New windshield wipers, 3. A New oil filter, 4. Topped off fluids, checked coolant and topped it off (plus I can come back In between oil changes for them to top off fluids again). 5. Rotated my tires. 6. Gave me a coupon so I can go to a transmission shop and have my transmission fluid checked for free. (It has to be checked by them due to it being enclosed due to the type of car I have) 7. Gave me a card for a Free car wash, just down the street a block. 8. They checked my tires and put air in and even a new cap that was needed and turned my check tire pressure warning light off. Some of these things they do as part of the oil change of course. The fluids, etc, but I really got a great deal and excellent customer service! They even gave me a water. Bonus. So, because the AI bot didn't say it could be more than $51.99 for the economy oil change, Ian the manager really gave me some great discounts. All for less than what the original price for the premium oil change would've been after taxes. (The price the AI auto bot gave me over the phone for the premium oil change after taxes). She quoted $97.99 before taxes. Ian made sure I got all of the above for $98.00!!! Amazing customer service from everyone there, too. My new favorite oil change garage. I have heard a funny noise coming from my tires, wheels...when driving... since I left. Since they rotated the tires. High pitched. Faint. I'll bring it back in for Ian to listen if he has time.

  Great customer service! We were in and out in less than 15 minutes we had oil change they replaced our wipers and they checked our air filter. Friendly staff great team work they all worked together that's why we got out so quick. My husband and I always choose Strickland Brothers on University pkwy because the service is always great.
