    We were treated amazing!!! We were on the highway and got a flat tire, triple AAA came and put the spare tire on and directed us in the general direction of this shop. We were traveling in North Carolina all the way from West Virginia and were slightly scared and not sure of what to do. My 80 year old mother was very upset. We pulled in and asked for help. What we received will never be forgotten. Not only did we get new tires and an alignment, but we received care, patience, reassurance to my mother that calmed her, and kindness. I will always remember Ed and his team for taking a scary situation and turning it into a calm and friendly event. We can’t stress enough how far that kindness went. God bless you all!!

    I was treated with respect and patience. I went to get an oil change..but got an inspection /showing me things of concern ( ie.old oil filter,brakes both front & back in distress, tires needed to be rotated...things I agreed to be corrected/bought new ones plus discounts..even a test drive before I got it back made me feel safer .Will go back if I have any concerns Recommend to my friends and anyone who want a honest place of service.

    I had a concern that had nothing to do with my oil change service and the guys were soooo very helpful with helping me identify the problem. I’ll definitely be going back there for the repair (as soon as I save up the dough! 😂). I’ve been going to SpeeDee since they first opened that location and love the Veteran support and customer service. Today’s service was free because I had my buy 3 get 4th free punch card and I use full synthetic so it was a great savings!! Thanks guys!!!

    Ed, Jonathan, and his wife Angie (who doesn't work at SpeeDees) went above an beyond to help us when we broke down on our ride home from vacation. They did everything in their power to get us back on the road again. When we couldn't make that happen within their hours of operation Ed and Angie drove us to our hotel and made sure we were okay. We needed to get back home to PA and they helped us make it happen. I don't know what we would have done without their care and efforts. They felt like family. They are the meaning of neighbors helping neighbors and caring for others. Thank you for all you did for us we are forever grateful!!
