  Technician didnt put the new windshield wipers on correctly and one flew off in use at the peak of its rotation and the wipers arm came down and scratched the brand new windshield of 2 days, I tried to contact them but cant get a hold of anyone besides the stupid AI assistant, Very Unsatisfied.

  Can't say enough about how professional the staff at this location is. Service was well coordinated, well communicated, and expertly performed. My biggest take-away was how the team here found an issue with the first piece of glass they were going to replace my windshield with. It was scratched up and they did not want to put it on my vehicle. They notified me immediately and recommended they be given the time to get new piece in and we rescheduled the replacement. I'm sure there are businesses that would have just put the sub-standard piece on my car, collected the fees, and hedged their bets I wasn't going to notice. Not this place, not this team. I'd give you all a million stars if I could. The final product was exceptional. Also, as I sat there on replacement day waiting for the work to finish, I observed the team's interaction with many other customers. Each and every one was treated with respect and care as if each was the most important customer that day. And we were. Whoever the manager is at this location needs a huge raise. Job well done! The culture you've promoted should be adopted by every business on the planet.

  What an awesome experience. Sarah was our technician and made the whole process great and took her time with answering questions. Her attitude the whole was very positive

  Our Technician Ed was the definition of what a service person should be. Courteous, smiling, knowledgeable, kind and did a great job. I feel like he went over and above by vacuuming up the broken glass from the ground and in the vehicle. An extremely positive experience for me.

  I couldn’t be more pleased! Communication was spot on and service was excellent. The replacement windshield was after market but they couldn’t get it to set up properly. I ended up taking it back a week later for an OEM. Works perfectly. Highly recommend Safelite!
