Worst place to deal with. Find a local place instead, call your insurance first. Both store manager, Brett Knight and Assistant Manager, Josh Rozelli extremely rude and disrespectful to us over their own mess up and won’t even try to fix it.

Had a chip in my windshield that I needed taking care of before it spread and safelite came out and fix the windshield where the chip was gone. Very great service to do instead of getting a new windshield replacement.
Absolutely trash canceled my appointment the day of and no one can answer the phone and tell me why or help me fix this Mitchel knight who’s give the fake name Brett when you wanna complain and Josh rozille

I scheduled Safelite through my insurance, and the entire process was very easy. The installer ended up available well before the time window and was flexible in changing locations when I couldn't be there yet and he found my driveway wasn't level enough. The job was done quickly and everything looks great!

Cannot recommend enough! We all know the jingle but the work speaks for itself. A large piece of road debris broke off, kicked up, and crushed my windshield. From completing the online quote/scheduler to the timeliness of the technician's arrival, I am EXTREMELY pleased with my service from Safelite and my technician, Ed. What I appreciated most was the way the team stayed in constant contact - my technician called at 7:30am, for our 8:00am window, to confirm the service and his estimated arrival time. Ed arrived sharply at 8:00am - despite estimating 8:10-8:40am and began promptly. Throughout the entirety of the appointment, I received status updates via text. SO. COOL! The job was complete in about an hour and a half. Ed did the most THOROUGH clean-up job too ensuring as much glass as possible was collected and disposed of. He even triple checked that my sensors and wipers were properly reinstalled and working as expected too. I can't thank him enough for dealing with my nitpicking! Thank you Safelite, though I do not wish this to happen to anyone, should it, definitely call Safelite!
