Great service! They even were able to come out earlier than my scheduled appointment. Tech was very friendly and professional!

Lifetime warranty is basically a joke and my concerns were not addressed & fixed, costing me additional $350 beyond the deductible I paid.
I had my windshield replaced at the Hickory location in July for a crack. Afterward I followed the instructions of driving and not going through a carwash etc.
The following day when my husband drove the car, he noticed that there was a wind like noise. So we set up a warranty appointment to have it checked out. We thought maybe it was a simple trim or vent piece that might be causing the noise. Per the instructions, they were meant to detach and reset the whole windshield. My husband was told the windshield was fine and was sent away.
I then called the warranty number back, and made a second warranty appointment at the Winston Salem location. The instructions per the warranty call, was for them to detach and reset the windshield by a senior technician. I was then told that the manager and the senior tech had "checked the seal" around the windshield and was told that the noise was probably due to the "difference in the curvature of the windshield". I was again, sent away.
At this point, I had lost a day of work for the initial replacement, and 2 days for the wasted warranty appointments.
My husband made arrangements with a local glass shop. They found the problem right away. When the original replacement was put on, the seal was applied to the windshield, which missed a curvature in the body frame of my car, leaving a gap that allowed wind to come in. I paid an extra $350 for this to be done. I have included a photo that shows where the original manufacture seal was, and where the seal left a gap. Had they actually removed and reset the windshield at the first appointment, they probably would have figured this out.
Now, I understand that my warranty with Safelite is now void as I had someone else reset the windshield. But I did call the warranty number, and gave them opportunity to refund me for the extra $350 I had to spend to have someone else fix the problem I had been turned away for. To which neither location responded. I am utterly disappointed by the service and how they handled the warranty appointments.
**This review is posted on both the Hickory and Winston Salem location, as both were involved in turning me away at my warranty appointment.

My car got its front windshield smashed and broken into the other day. These guys were able to get me in the next day (I have a car with safety features that need to be calibrated so it had to be done in the shop) and had everything wrapped up in less than three hours. I even had a bunch of trash in my passenger seat and floor because I’m kinda a slob, and I didn’t have time to clean up that or the glass before coming in, and they threw it all away and vacuumed up the glass for me. It’s now 24 hours after I found my windshield busted, and it’s like it never happened.
This is the second time I have used Safelite and I can truly say that I have been impressed both times. Each time it was through insurance and each time I was treated very well. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and very accommodating. If you ever need a windshield replaced go no were other than Safelite.
I used Safelite for windshield replacement. They came to my house and did the procedure in my driveway. The tech was friendly, efficient and cleaned whatever windows were touched during the procedure. Also, she came within the time frame reserved for me. My car insurance covered the replacement so I didn't owe anything. Wonderful experience and I would recommend them.
