  I want to give a huge shoutout to the team at NTB for the outstanding service I received today. I pulled into the shop with smoke coming from my tire due to a broken caliper component, and with an older foreign car, I was expecting an expensive repair and a long wait for parts. Instead, the staff welcomed me immediately, diagnosed the issue quickly, and went above and beyond to track down a replacement part that could be delivered within hours rather than days. They completed the repair promptly, explained everything clearly, and never once tried to upsell me on unnecessary services or repairs. It was refreshing to work with an honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused team. Thank you for getting me safely back on the road and making what could have been a stressful day a genuinely positive experience. I highly recommend NTB to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive service.

  I cannot say enough great things about JD. During a critical moment in my life, he was extremely professional, compassionate, and supportive. His generosity, attention to detail, and commitment to helping me through a challenging situation spoke volumes about both his character and the values of this company. JD went above and beyond what was expected, making a stressful process much easier and giving me confidence every step of the way. Employees like him are rare, and he is a tremendous asset to this organization. In my opinion, JD deserves immediate consideration for promotion and should be given every available opportunity to grow, progress, and succeed within the company.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service When It Mattered Most Today, I experienced firsthand what it means when NTB says, “When your car stops, life doesn’t.” After spending an hour waiting at another service provider for a routine oil change on my vehicle, I was finally told they could not get the necessary approval and that I would need to wait at least another hour. Frustrated and pressed for time, I contacted the provider , and they directed me to NTB. The difference was immediate. When I arrived at NTB, Michael and JD listened to my situation, understood the inconvenience I had already experienced, and took ownership of the problem. Rather than treating me like just another customer in line, they treated me like someone whose time mattered. They assured me they would do everything possible to accelerate the service process, and they delivered. What impressed me most wasn’t simply the oil change, it was the level of professionalism, empathy, urgency, and genuine care they demonstrated.
