Jamie(0ne of the two owners) is a very nice, humble and accommodating person. I went there with my 10 year old daughter(no school on Friday) from Elkin, NC(1 hour drive) to get the bed liner sprayed for my brand new Jeep Gladiator Mojave. Communicated with Chris over email regarding the price and appointment. I went there on time and we waited there in their lobby. Jamie let me borrow his big Chevy truck to pick up lunch and take care of an errand at bank. Btw, learnt that Jamie is an tournament level, rifle shooter and his brother, Chris is an fishing/boating expert, won many trophies in competitions. They finished prepping, spraying, drying, post-spray fixing bolts in 2 hours( little delay due to premium package) and did a great job. Jamie's staff(African-American dude's) are humble and reciprocated when I tipped them. Lovely people. Good quality place. One suggestion to Jamie/Chris: Customer waiting area can be improved by keeping it clean and organized.

We took our 2019 truck in for a new bed liner as soon as we purchased it. We will definitely use this professional company again. Excellent customer service and workmanship!

Had installed through dealership on brand new black truck. Paid the extra for the premium, and what I got in return was clear coat damage all over new vehicle, from improper install. Must have run out of plastic the day mine was installed. Someone evidently took dry rag to wipe off dust from sanding/overspray on almost every painted surface. Was in body shop for a sold week to repair damage. Bad experience. Never again.

I told Chris that I would have my 2016 F-150 there on October 14, 2019 at 9 AM. I got there on time and they took my truck straight in. I am so impressed by the workmanship of the bed liner. Chris was off that day but Jamie took great care of my truck. If you want a quality bed liner done with care and craftsmanship, go see this Line-X dealer!
