  Wes and all the guys at this location were all very friendly! They took the time to evaluate my car and explained everything simply. I also got a great price on my tires with insurance. 10/10 recommend

  Had a ripped/flat tire and Pat and Rick were able to take care of me right away in a timely manner for a nice price. Service here is quick, efficient and the service technicians are very friendly!

  Today as I was coming home from Winston my tire light come one so I pulled into Mavis Tire to get it checked. Wes met at the desk and I explained my problem and was no problem I’d be glad to check it for you! He was such a nice man and very knowledgeable too and he didn’t charge me anything! My experience was top notch! I highly recommend this place! Thank you Wes!

  Today, I had an unexpected situation, a tire that had a nail, I went to several stores, all of them are closed as it’s Sunday, I wanted to try and find the Mavis location. I was really impressed by how quickly they took my car in and repaired my tire in less than 10 min. I really wanted to thank Wes for fixing the tire that fast, great work done, amazing customer service, although the store was busy I asked about pricing for new tire, it was half the price my normal store would give me, definitely they are my store for any tires stuff now Thanks again Mavis and thanks a lot, Wes

  I got four new tires and was pleasantly surprised that the tires were in stock. I called at 4:15pm and was able to get a 6pm appointment for the same day. It took about an hour to complete the service. This was after a larger retailer had to order the tires earlier in the week, didn’t receive them when they said they would, and would’ve charged me more overall. The only thing I did not appreciate about this visit to Mavis was the price quote in store was more than the quote I was given over the phone. They didn’t account for taxes, tire disposal fees, etc. in the initial quote. They could’ve said, “That price only includes tires and labor, not taxes, etc.” Could’ve been more transparent, but they were still cheaper than the other retailer. And he offered a coupon.
