  Car Inspected! All of the staff were professional and knowledgeable! Great Customer Service! Clean Environment! Despite the overbearing heat, THEY WERE ALL PLESANT! I WILL COME TO THIS JIFFY LUBE AGAIN!

  Service was ok,price was ridiculous, $138 for an oil change and they didn't even complete the standard check list like resetting my oil change % , check wipers,etc. It said they did,but I had to ask for the reset and the wipers were never touched (they are bad) I sat in the vehicle the whole time. At this price this price i should have received royal treatment.

  I went here to get an oil change, an inspection, and they offered to rotate my tires. When everything was done they told me to have a nice day and my inspection was in the vehicle. I get back to my home and realize that they failed my inspection due to my tires needing to be changed and did not say a word to me about it. They STILL ROTATED MY TIRES AND CHARGED ME FOR IT?? The oil change was also very expensive, way more than I have ever paid for a full synthetic oil change before. I will not be going back and I’d advise you do the same.

  Beware!!!!! staff was friendly but they did not put oil back in after they drained it. My engine blew! Corporate said try and prove it. Watch out people!!! $5200 later. That's right, should have checked it. Didn't know I had to.

  Zero idea what they are doing. Biggest waste of time and money Update of my review with update of situation. Two weeks ago, I went for a basic inspection on my well maintained car. A car that would easily pass inspection. I was greeted by the manager who was nice but immediately started talking about politics. I just shrugged it off and sat down and waited for my car to be done. People came in after me were leaving before me. Still no worries, had to get it done. The girl who works there came out and said they are failing my car due to a license plate light not working but they can fix it for $18. I said “I would have gotten pulled over if it wasn’t working but okay, fixing it is fine.” So I waited some more and then the same girl came back and said “we can’t fix it, so we are failing it but you’ll still have to fail.” So I ask what she meant, it’s a light. She got the manager, Stan, because she didn’t want to deal she said. So he came out and was trying to ring me up with no explanation. He finally said “we don’t know how to fix the light, take it to this shop downtown.” Again, it’s a light that I’m sure was working. So I got super frustrated and had to leave as I been there too long and I just paid and left. I ordered a new light and my husband went to look at it and he said “why did it fail? The light is on and bright?” I knew it! So after wasting more money for the failed inspection that should have never failed, a new light when mine was already working, he, my male husband, took my car back and they tried telling him to take it downtown to fix the light. The manager Stan that is. My husband reiterated that the light is working and has always worked. They passed it for him. Absolutely ridiculous and people, especially women, should not support this business. I’ll never go back. Stan or now “Stanley” called back to offer a half off oil change to make it right…. Absolutely not. He went on to explain that the inspector was new and that’s why. Well on record, HE, Stan/Stanley/Manager, was the inspector….. don’t support this lying and sexist business.
