- MMMarsha2 days ago5.0Mona and David were awesome when I needed to rent a car They were kind , professional, respectful and efficient. I highly recommend them. Stay away from the office on S. Strafford they are the opposite of the professionalism found at the Peters Creek Parkway office.
- LELisa Espinosa4 days ago1.0Reserved a car 2 weeks ahead, went to pick up and they didn't have any cars. They were unwilling to help. I was stuck in NC for another week which cost extra money. I lost my hotel reservation in MD also. The next week I called the day before to make sure they had a car and was told everything was all set. Showed up, no suv as promised and was given a mini van. It was filthy inside and out. Tread on tires was bad and the wheels spun and spun on hills and accelerating. Final bill was so much more than the $350 it was supposed to be. I texted the number they sent me for issues 3 times and no one ever responded. I will never use enterprise again. I usually use budget, what a huge mistake not sticking with them. At least they are reliable and care about their customers experience.
