    Went in to pick up a car got a guy seem be training with a trainer. Couldn’t find a tablet that works. Don’t know why they didn’t use the computer in front of them. Then 14 days later returned the car. Same guy that was being trained Was training someone new. Told them to use my debit card and not my credit card. Handed the card to them and he still used my credit card and not my debit card. He didn’t know what he was doing and was training someone new!!! Crazy! Called the manager and he still hasn’t called me back. The ladies in the office seemed like they knew what they were doing.

    Customer service was patient and helpful, both when signing out and returning the car. When I checked out, the service agent made sure that my invoice was correct, which I greatly appreciated. Plus we really enjoyed the vehicle. It was a very smooth ride, and had surprisingly good gas mileage. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience.
