  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A+ Outstanding Customer Service! I would like to give a huge A+ review to Nick and Alton at the Enterprise Car Rental location on 3080 University Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC. These two gentlemen were professional, friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful from the moment they assisted me. My service vehicle had broken down over the holiday, and they went above and beyond by picking me up and making the rental process smooth and stress-free during an already difficult situation. Their positive attitudes, outstanding customer service, and willingness to help truly made a difference. It's rare to find employees who take such pride in their work, and it certainly did not go unnoticed. Enterprise should be proud to have Nick and Alton representing their company. They are a true asset to the team, and I sincerely appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service.   I know this is probably a good place I rent it from Enterprise for a long time I want to get a car rental through my insurance because my car got hit and I presented a debit card and a license like they asked. Well I was told that I need a credit card which I don't own because my license was out of state. They should state that instead of saying you need a valid driver's license or a debit card or credit card to rent a car. I will say this and I was told it was up to the branch managers discretion, and I'm not being funny, but I guarantee you if I was Caucasian instead of African American I would have gotten that car!

  Terrible experience. They were 30 minutes late picking me up from the repair shop. Got 5 mi down the road in the rental car and discovered the tire pressure was 12 and one tire and 85 in the other. They were nice enough to bring me a different car but it was quite an inconvenience. Will not shop here again

  I recently needed a rental while my vehicle was in the shop, and the service I received was outstanding. Nick assisted me and made the transaction seamless. I was provided with a newer model that was impeccably detailed, featured a full tank of gas, and included excellent amenities. I was honestly sad to return it. The entire staff is friendly, and I always enjoy the atmosphere in the office. I will certainly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a rental.
