I was then dropped off at Enterprise 1/2 an hour prior to their opening and was eventually told that they did not have a vehicle for me and would not have one until later that afternoon. This system is broken. They should not have given me confirmation if there was no car available. I could have made reservations elsewhere. Needless to say, I could not travel to my destination because I was visiting from out of state and time did not permit. No alternate options were presented at the time either. I ended up walking miles to get back to the location I was staying at.
