    The staff at this Enterprise location were excellent in helping me with my long term rental. Shane and the rest of the staff helped me find the perfect car and made the process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend.

    Rent from anywhere else. They take reservations to pick up your car and of course they're closed. Customer service wants you to drive a half hour away to am airport. Poor lady that got there before me was there before 4 and the lady locked the door in her face. Go to hertz actually care about customers

    I rent a car and I have it for a week I called to extend the reservation they tell me they will call me and she never did her name is D D and that's how they scam you to keep the car longer. The worst employee I never dealt with they are very rude on the phone and the car they're not even clean

    Went in at 1pm, five associates roaming around trying their best to do nothing. We finally forced someone to help us, he was nice though but absolutely horrible place.

    No Premium Special or Luxury cars, EVER. The website will allow you to reserve one, even charge you for one, but they will never have one. Save yourself and go to GSO airport or another company if you want these. Otherwise, if you want a basic small Asian sedan or SUV this is a great place to rent one. Friendly, efficient, accommodating and a very capable staff. But the system that leads you think that upscale cars are available here is downright misleading.
