    I’m highly disappointed with this enterprise. I had a 12pm reservation to only arrive and be told they’re closed. My question is: why can I make a reservation for the same time that the location closes, and not be told/warned ahead of time before I arrive? As someone who uses enterprise regularly and hasn’t encountered this issue before now, It’s inconvenient and frustrating.

    RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK..If I could give ZERO stars I would.. the frustration im feeling right now is unmatched. This is the second car I have rented from enterprise that have broken down on me traveling. Currently stuck in Florida && there's honestly nothing they could do to help me but send me to road side assist, who its self cant help with nothing but towing the vehicle. My whole day ruined. Customer services SUCK (mot the just tge branch tge company in whole) .. managers... check them out for yourself. ice been renting from them fir 10+ years... but this past year🤦🏽‍♀️..
