  Jon and Max at Cotteman Transmission and Total Automotive were the Awesome Tech Team that replaced the water pump and made sure that the water coolant, antifreeze, and all hoses were in great shape as well. I had my transmission (stick shift ) replaced in my YARIS as well and it runs like I had just purchased it from CarMax in 2018! Will continue to have the YARIS maintenanced with them!

  Have they have a major issue with truck. I was referred to Cottman transmission and total auto care to resolve my issue. After picking up the vehicle once completed and driving for a couple days, I am very pleased with the outcome.

  Wonderful, HONEST, and trustworthy transmission specialists. Needed some attention to my 2011 Silverado dually with almost 300,000 miles. After analyzing found the external filter wasn’t tight causing a slight leak. Topped off with fluid and good as new. Some unscrupulous businesses could have ripped me off, highly recommend Cottman Transmission in Winston Salem, old time honest people

  I came to cottman transmission due to the fact that my 20-year-old son needed a transmission in his 2010 Chevy Colorado. Cottman transmission went out of their way to make things run smoothly. They bent over backwards to treat my son with respect and I value their service as they did not take advantage of him. When the transmission came in late and there was a $200 refund given due to the transmission being late cottman transmission past that on to us. We value their service they're honest and decent and I would recommend them to anyone. My husband and I started taking our car there and they bent over backwards for us as well. We're more than pleased with our service and will continue to use cottman transmission for all of our automotive needs. Thank you cottman transmission.

  I was referred to Cottman by another shop because they didn’t do the work I needed. I visited Cottman to ask for some advice and they were very helpful and friendly to me. After I finished the work myself I found that there was an even bigger problem and I was unable to do this job. I called Cottman and asked if they could help with the work and they got me right in. After they were able to inspect my car I was informed of the problem and they gave me the total amount of the repair. They were fast to find the parts and started working on it. All of the work was done in a timely manner and I’ve been very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend Cottman for transmission service to everyone
