  They had the parts I needed and service was quick and efficient. However, I was slipped a packet of brake lube that I did not need, did not request, and was not asked about, into my box of brake pads. I was charged for the lube and did not realize until getting home. If it was any more than $2 I would have turned around and asked for a refund. It may seem like a small charge, but it felt like poor business practice to be sneakily charging customers for extras that they don't want. I will be double checking all future orders from this AutoZone or visiting a different location.

  want to express my sincere gratitude to Berto B for helping me with my car.
