- SJSherreia Jackson2 days ago1.0Poor customer service! The staff does not have experience. They failed my inspection because of brakes and brakes were recently put on vehicle 4 months ago..i went somewhere else and they checked brakes and said there was nothing wrong with brakes.

I am assuming the manager at this location is an unprofessional jerk . He spoke to employees in a very disrespectful manner , I refuse to spend money with a company that allows or promotes this kind of attitude. All people Involved looked like adults it just came off as workplace bullying in a way . Not cool Valvoline you should do better
